Filled with chicken and BBQ sauce, these Western quesadillas are a win!
This recipes makes 5 quesadillas, so I assembled them all and put then in my fridge until I was read to eat them.
Then, just throw in a pan and heat for a few minutes.
Quick and easy; my favorite.
Plus, as usual… low calorie and packed with protein!
1. While your bacon cooks, shred cooked chicken with 2 forks and BBQ sauce.
2. Crumble bacon. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
3. Heat a pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Lay tortilla down and scoop 1 cup of the mixture on to tortilla and fold. Cook about 3 minutes and flip. Cook 3 more minutes on the other side.
Viola! We are done!
