Protein shakes plus frozen fruit are my favorite on the go breakfast and I love this strawberry mango protein smoothie! I usually make these if I have to go to school or work early, or before a morning gym session. My freezer is always stocked up with frozen strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, mangoes, etc. Sometimes I even sneak in some spinach like this one here.


This is my current protein powder, I like it because it’s high protein but low carb. Now, I am NOT on a low carb diet, but I get plenty of good carbs from the fruit I throw in with it… plus chips are my weakness, shhh!!


This one is easy, just put 1 cup of frozen strawberries, 1/2 a cup of frozen mangoes and a scoop of protein powder, then fill the glass up with water to get a nice thick consistency. This one has 32 grams of protein in it, 45 GOOD carbs and 3 little grams of fat giving you a nice 275 calorie breakfast. Enjoy 🙂
