Although I have no children, it is still back to school time for me;
back to college. That means running from class to class with little to no time in between.
Let me show you my class schedule this semester.

School Schedule

As you can see, I have 10 minutes in between each class AND they are all physical education classes… so basically I will be working out all day, which I am ecstatic about, but I need the fuel to go along with all that burn. My options are pretty limited; either stop at a vending machine or bring my lunch. I choose the latter.

With no access to a refrigerator or a microwave, I decided to use my mini cooler packed with goodies for me to snack on in between each class! I got this cooler for $20 at target and it fits everything I need; so what do I need?

Well, I’m going to start off my morning by having a smoothie on my drive to school to wake me up!

I will have a snack in between each class to help keep me full, I don’t want to feel hungry at all during my day… I need to focus and get those straight A’s, right!?

 I’ve stocked up on all my favorite snacks. Hummus and veggies, yogurt and these Nature Valley bars to TO DIE FOR! I will also be packing a sandwich for my lunch box so I can eat any of these items in between whatever class I want. As you can see, I now have a ton of options. Oh, and of course I cannot forget my water bottles.

Don’t forget the essentials! Every time we would go out, get fast food or anything like that I always saved the plastic silverware and napkins. I also made my own ice packs to help keep all my food cold.

FYI, in case you’re a calorie counting… this whole lunch box including my breakfast smoothie is 845 calories.

If you have any questions about my lunch box or what I’m eating, please feel free to leave me a comment.
I love hearing from you. =]
